The person will be responsible for supporting transitions/client implementation for client businesses into the Operations environment and supporting Client Implementation Officers in driving implementation deliverables from Shared Services. This position is based from the Mall of Asia office. Key responsibilities and accountabilities Transition Support 1. Responsible for aiding the Client Implementation Officer in completing the onboarding of all clients during implementation by ensuring that all new hire requirements are completed prior to target go live dates. 2. Coordination with Shared Services to drive action required through coordination, follow ups, filing of tickets, and overseeing completion in a timely manner. Responsible for leading and driving action required from Shared Services including Talent Acquisition and Information Technology. Including, but not limited to the following: a. Coordination with recruiters and tracking status of all assigned hiring requests from filing to contract offers. b. Filing of IT tickets: Desktop allocation and configuration, pull-out requests c. Coordinating the assignment of IT POCs on go live dates d. Drafting, sending and monitoring completion of OPS UAT reports. 3. Act as a back-up POC for the assigned Client Implementation Officer Administrative Support 1. Ensure assigned trackers are updated real-time 2. Draft and submit daily reports to assigned Client Implementation Officer 3. Assist Officer in drafting client meeting minutes 4. Manage special projects as assigned Working hours: 10AM-7PM on Mon-Thursday, 8AM-5PM on Fridays. Work Setup: Onsite for 6 months, Hybrid after passing probation The above is not all inclusive and may be assigned additional responsibilities based on business requirements.
