The Account Specialist (AM /AS) is responsible in performing variety of duties designed at managing VIVO's client relationship. AM is tasks to monitor the stocks turn over days under healthy; monitor the sales and improvement; keep long term with healthy relationship with dealer; follow direct leader's instruction, and so on. Report and follow direct leader's instruction regarding the job (job-content). Everything related to stock it is belong to the job range of AM/AS. Monitor dealer's store stocks turn over days under healthy. Monitor dealer's PO (purchase order). New product launching, all related job content with process. Monthly support program (sell in, sell out, EOL, new product, special program, and so on). Monitor the RCM (rebate credit memo). Monitor the daily / weekly data report from dealer. Monitor the sales with improvement, Store sales concerns. Store visibility and merchandising materials. Store LDU (Live Demo unit); Dealer store freebies. Store installment 0% interest offer. CEK store and related concerns. Visit dealer office, visit dealer store. Assist in expanding our VIVO brand coverage. Keep long term with healthy relationship with dealer. Performs other duties from time to time. JOB QUALIFICATION Attitude of high respect to superior and can follow and implement tasks given to him/her immediately. Keen to details, know project management (monitoring, follow through) Good oral and communication skills Nice personality, cheerful and lively. Teamwork spirit. Fast learning, attitude of continuous learning. Marketing degree is preferred. New graduates are acceptable ( TOP UNIVERSITIES ).
