Description: To make solid independent decisions regarding management of customer orders that make good, ethical business sense for Emerson and meet customer satisfaction goals. To ensure that orders are accurately and diligently entered and audited into the system, without compromising the turnaround time. To ensure that relevant documents are complete before transferring to the Order Administration ' Execution team. Duties and Responsibilities: Order Management Perform daily checks on new and backlog sales orders using tools and reports Detect sales order errors using tools and reports and inform order management representatives Perform immediate corrections on Sales order as indicated in matrix of tasks Check and extracts customer-specific information from business systems Escalates commercial inquiries to factory /Escalates pricing issues to appropriate support group Submits Request for Model Setups Enters Data/Order/Items into Business System Saves/Uploads/Archives Communication Records (Filenet, Shared Folders, SharePoint and other tools) Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree holder in any course Basic MS Office Application - MS Outlook, Word, and Excel Above average English communication skills Amenable to work on different shift schedules for global support (day, mid, and night) Skills Detail-oriented Accurate Precise Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
