Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Manager at KERRY Logistikus in Taguig. The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for market planning, trade marketing, business planning, sales, and data analytics. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as developing and implementing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, conducting sales analysis, and coordinating trade marketing activities. Key Responsibilities Aligns and co-creates plans with Principal's KAMs and MS&P on sales fundamental targets, selling tools and tracking Creates local promos for all brands Creates selling tool kit for Sales Team and consolidated quarterly pipeline tool kit for Supply Chain Allocates Initiatives and Promos per area, per seller Executes distributor business-focused plans to grow core business, address any sales fundamental gaps Tracks current rented and unrented POSMs and executes new displays to enable more distribution Tracks on supply chain utilization of IPT and seller's distribution regularly Prepares tools for BCP, PSF, OHP workshops during canvass meetings Reviews non-productive SKUs, IPT allocation, and promo impact during promo period Qualifications Market Planning, Trade Marketing, and Business Planning skills Analytical Skills and Sales experience Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team Strong organizational and project management skills Knowledge of the logistics industry and supply chain solutions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
