About the Role The Associate Director, Head of Corporate Solutions (CS) is responsible for the overall management of Group Insurance/Corporate Solutions, including strategic planning, product development, sales & marketing leadership, channel distribution management, revenue growth, operational oversight, financial performance & profitability, regulatory compliance, and overall CS business unit team leadership & management. This role oversees the full portfolio of Group Life, Reinsured Group Medical, Credit Life, Reinsurance, and other related Group/Corporate products, and manages distribution across Agency, Direct Sales, Brokers, Joint Ventures, and Subsidiaries. The role includes full P&L accountability, design and implementation of sales compensation programs, efficient & effective operations (onboarding, billing, and claims), and development & management of a high-performance team to drive performance and alignment with business goals. Strategic Planning & Leadership: Lead the strategic planning process for the Group Life Insurance business unit. Define long-term goals, market positioning, and innovation roadmaps. Align product and financial strategies with corporate objectives. Product Strategy & Development: Manage the full lifecycle of group life insurance products. Develop and enhance Corporate Solutions products tailored to institutional clients. Ensure product competitiveness and regulatory compliance. Sales & Marketing Leadership Manage Sales Growth across all Corporate Solutions product lines (Group Life, Reinsured Group Medical, Credit Life, etc.) Lead and manage the full distribution channels from Agency, Direct, Broker, Joint Venture, and Subsidiaries to meet or overachieve sales targets Ensure sales are in accordance with regulatory compliance. Develop and manage effective sales compensation in support of business objectives. Financial Management: Own the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the Group Life Insurance business unit. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis. Ensure profitability targets are met and sustained. Underwriting & Actuarial Oversight: Supervise underwriting guidelines and risk assessment frameworks. Collaborate with actuarial teams on pricing models and reserve adequacy. Ensure sound actuarial practices and regulatory compliance. Audit & Regulatory Compliance Ensure that all processes in the Corp Sol Business Unit are regulatory compliant Collaborate with risk & compliance teams and audit teams to ensure all processes are up to standard. Ensure BU process documentations are up to date to capture latest best practices and latest policies. Team Management Build and maintain a high-performance Corporate Solutions team Manage the Corporate Solutions Team to ensure team performance & metrics are met Ensure timely and effective communications, training, and other HR-related metrices are met. Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with sales, marketing, operations, and compliance teams. Provide strategic direction and mentorship to product and finance teams. Ensure delivery of work-related tasks assigned by the CEO to meet business objectives.
