Role Overview You will support various clients and deliver end-to-end hiring for their dedicated offshore teams. Success means managing clients like accounts , advising on hiring strategy, persuading client stakeholders to move qualified candidates forward , and hitting fill targets with speed and quality. What you'll do Own various client portfolios : facilitate calibration calls, run intakes, advise stakeholders, endorse strong applicants, and persuade decision-makers to move qualified candidates forward. Monitor end-to-end recruitment : source, screen, interview, calibrate, negotiate, and hire-fast. Hit the numbers: manage pipelines and report on funnel metrics to improve speed and quality. What we're looking for 3-6+ years of full-cycle recruiting (Offshoring background is a strong plus). Proven client management & sales skills-you move hiring managers from "maybe" to "let's hire." Excellent communication , stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making. Comfortable with ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and spreadsheets. Show more Show less
