Position : Account Coordinator Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Pacific time Holiday : US/Canadian/PH Holiday Salary Range : 800 - 1,000 USD per month About The Company We are an affiliate marketing company that brings together publishers and brands (i.e. e-commerce websites) and help increase revenues for both sides. Overview of the position We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support various administrative tasks in our remote environment. Duties will include communicating with clients to provide project updates, facilitating client introductions, and curating our weekly newsletter. Additional responsibilities will be assigned as the successful candidate acclimates to the role. Specific Duties And Responsibilities Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status and ensure clarity on project deliverables. Facilitate introductions between clients to foster collaboration and align on mutual objectives. Curate and distribute the weekly newsletter, ensuring content reflects client interests and company initiatives. Act as a liaison between clients, translating and conveying client needs, preferences, and feedback effectively to foster understanding and satisfaction. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Tools Google Docs/sheet/gmail Slack Qualifications Proven experience working effectively in a remote environment. Strong proficiency in communicating with external clients, including conveying complex information clearly and diplomatically. Familiarity with Slack and Google productivity tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets). Prior experience in an operational role performing recurring administrative tasks. Native English proficiency in both oral and written communication. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously. Outstanding attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to translate and communicate client needs effectively between different parties. Skilled in articulating messages clearly and accurately from one client to another. Understanding of client expectations and the importance of maintaining positive client relationships.
