
Korean Guest Services Officer

- Responding to customer requests
- Updates and records all guest information or locator in the computer and ensures all concerned departments are advised accordingly
- Receives, records and handles guest comments, suggestions and complaints for management
- Facilitates sending out amenity requests for guests that were inconvenienced
- Conducts daily Courtesy Calls to in-house guests
- Ensure awareness to room situation for the day
- Attends the daily Front Offie briefing
- Personally attends to all Korean guests queries and concerns
- Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate head
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related course
- With 2-3 years of related work experience
- Can fluently speak and write in Korean
- Proficient in English
- Can start immediately
- Amenable to work onsite at Mactan, Cebu
