- Responding to customer reqeuests
- Work collaboratively with front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, oter departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Assist team members during busy periods or high guest traffic
- Attend department meetings, training sessions, and briefings as required
- Keeps immediate superior promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
- Prepares report as necessary to develop a more informative database
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner
- Bachelors Degree
- With atleast 1-2 years of work related experience
- Good commmunication skills
- Tech savvy
- Can start immedaiately
- Amenable to work onsite at Mactan, Cebu
