- Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
- Assist in setting up and configuring new user accounts and managing access permissions.
- Handle user accounts, perform backups, and restore systems as needed.
- Document and keep records of IT assets, software licenses, and user manuals.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
- Four years of experience in IT technical support, with hands-on knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with users at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
