Job Category: G&A ITJob Description:This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure. The IT Technical Support Specialist is responsible for addressing technical issues, maintaining computer equipment, and providing timely assistance to end-users.Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Assist in setting up and configuring new user accounts and managing access permissions.
  • Handle user accounts, perform backups, and restore systems as needed.
  • Document and keep records of IT assets, software licenses, and user manuals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
  • Four years of experience in IT technical support, with hands-on knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with users at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
