People, Culture and Communications - Wellbeing & Workplace Relations oversees Telstra's wellbeing and workplace relations programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver timely onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues across designated shifts.
- Provide setup and onboarding assistance for new hires, including device
- Manage IT assets including laptops, docking stations, headsets, and tokens; ensure proper documentation and accountability tracking.
- Support AVD-related issues and guide users through proper sign-in/sign-out
- Coordinate with business support and asset management teams for inventory
- Serve as a reliever across shifts and sites, ensuring coverage during absences and peak periods.
- Escalate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution and continuous improvement.
- At least 5 years proven experience in IT support, preferably in a BPO or enterprise environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and remote desktop
- Familiarity with asset management processes and tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, ticketing systems).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and support multiple locations (Makati & Pasay).
