People, Culture and Communications - Wellbeing & Workplace Relations oversees Telstra's wellbeing and workplace relations programs.Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver timely onsite support for hardware, software, and network issues across designated shifts.
  • Provide setup and onboarding assistance for new hires, including device
configuration, OTP/MFA authentication, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Manage IT assets including laptops, docking stations, headsets, and tokens; ensure proper documentation and accountability tracking.
  • Support AVD-related issues and guide users through proper sign-in/sign-out
procedures.
  • Coordinate with business support and asset management teams for inventory
updates and distribution.
  • Serve as a reliever across shifts and sites, ensuring coverage during absences and peak periods.
  • Escalate unresolved issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution and continuous improvement.
About You
  • At least 5 years proven experience in IT support, preferably in a BPO or enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and remote desktop
environments (AVD/CMW).
  • Familiarity with asset management processes and tools (e.g., Power BI dashboards, ticketing systems).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and support multiple locations (Makati & Pasay).
