- In conjunction with the Asia Vertical leaders, develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Philippines, aligned with Vertiv's regional and global objectives. Drive growth across enterprise, channel, and key account verticals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle across the Philippine territory, ensuring coverage and creating tailor go-to-market approaches for each region and vertical.
- Lead the sales organization to exceed targets in orders, revenue, and profitability. Ensure disciplined execution of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, customer-obsessed sales team. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and channel partners. Champion the Vertiv brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. Guide the team in identifying and capturing early-stage opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, service, and bid teams to develop and execute territory-specific programs and campaigns.
- Represent Vertiv at industry events, customer forums, and executive briefings. Communicate Vertiv's value proposition and thought leadership with impact.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in sales leadership roles within data centers, enterprise IT, or engineering industries.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine market dynamics across different territories.
- Proven track record in managing and scaling high-performance sales teams.
- Deep understanding of enterprise, channel, and account-based selling motions.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on profitable growth and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
