The Senior Client Service Executive will be responsible for:
  • Administration services for the team as a whole and for individual client projects
  • To support the Managers in delivering brand and marketing activities of the company - an integral part of planning process
  • To conduct post analysis of market activities, competitive analysis reports and other marketing reports as required
Reporting Structure: * On a day-to-day basis you will report to a CS Manager/Media Cluster Lead to provide support to the day to day requirements.
  • You will be working with the other specialist services within the agency to deliver campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:Origination of the Media Plan
  • Working with the Media Cluster Lead/Media Manager and client to create clear and coherent plans that bring the media strategy to life.
  • In-depth assessment of all candidate media options and detailed recommendation of proposed communication solutions.
  • Involvement in creative development workshops as required.
  • Working closely with the Media Cluster Lead/Media Manager in your team to ensure smooth and relevant translation from strategy to plan.
  • Assess, identify and recommend creative media initiatives that deliver greater strategy depth and impact to the media plan.
  • Undertake the implementation of agreed initiatives, including the briefing of third parties, as and when required.
  • Regularly update and maintain stewardship over the VMS (Visual Media Schedule).
Competitive Reviews
  • Compiling competitive data and helping to create insightful presentations. This should include the interrogation and manipulation of data, presented in a clear and concise manner, and supported with a point of view / implication.
Preparing Buying Briefs
  • Support CS Managers in helping to prepare buying briefs for ATL and Digital. To follow up the brief by finding the answers to any questions asked by the trading teams and further having an opinion in assessing the media responses.
Reporting
  • Timely delivery and upkeep of all relevant reporting systems and templates (media plans, contact reports, status reports).
  • Post campaign reporting that quantifies the value of the media strategy.
Financials
  • Depending on the account, the role may require a certain level of financial administration and coordination with Finance Team. This will require excellent attention to detail and the ongoing ownership of reporting and management of the trading team to ensure 100% accuracy.
Media Tools and Systems
  • It's vital for the executive to quickly develop a thorough understanding of the key media tools and systems to assist on planning assignments.
Creative Thinking
  • You will be expected to be a vital part of our creative offer; This will include participating in formal and informal brainstorm sessions; and generating fresh new ideas.
Ad Hoc Projects
  • Working with the CS Manager and Media Cluster Lead on ad hoc projects e.g. reviews, consumer research projects.
Account administration
  • Account administration management such as arrangement of meetings, preparation of work-in-progress reports; compilation of project reports; financial administration etc. A level of pro-activity to these tasks will ensure the smooth running of the account(s) and team along with compliance to deadlines.
