Deliver exceptional service and drive conversions through expert product quoting and customer support! We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to manage customer inquiries, provide accurate product quotes, and support the sales process across multiple channels. This role requires strong communication skills, technical product knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via two primary email inboxes, live chat, and occasional phone calls. Review customer-provided plans and sketches to identify product needs and prepare accurate quotes using Shopify draft orders. Provide timely, knowledgeable, and courteous support for pre-sale and post-sale questions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products such as pool fencing, shower screens, and related items to confidently address technical queries. Collaborate with the Director on complex inquiries while working toward independent resolution through continuous learning. Keep detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and quote histories. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service, ideally within an e-commerce environment. Demonstrated experience using the Shopify back-end, particularly with draft orders and product management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral English accent. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset. The ability to interpret technical sketches or plans is a plus.
