The Assistant Administrative Officer supports the Administrative Officer and HR Officers and other departments by ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves administrative, HR, and external transaction support, and requires multitasking and coordination skills. Support to Admin Coordinate and manage documentation for Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) enrollment, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Monitor office maintenance needs, including facilities, equipment, and supplies, and report issues promptly for resolution. Serve as the point person for administrative operations in the absence of the Administrative Officer, ensuring continuity of services and decision-making. Ensure accurate processing of benefit claims and reimbursements through platforms such as Xtract or PAL, in line with company policies and employee entitlements. Support to HR Account creation and deletion for new and departing employees. Monitoring and updating HMO records. Support engagement activities from planning to organizing Updating the AOH list and organizational chart. Utilize Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for tracking employee data, generating reports and time keeping. Support to ETN-PH Messenger and delivery of documents to external clients. Submission of urgent bank documents when needed. Requirements Education and Qualifications Bachelor&aposs Degree in Office Management or Business related courses Strong organizational and administrative skills. Must possess a valid driver&aposs license and can drive motorcycle and 4-wheel vehicles Ability to multitask and work independently Work Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant position.
