Assist Purchasing, Logistic and Warehouse Team administratively in day-to-day operations Minimum 6 months experience in administrative work in supply chain management and procurement Open PO (purchase order) follow up Assist Purchasing Team in obtaining RFQs (request for quotations)from local suppliers, fabricators and subcons Assist Purchasing Team in creating POVs (payment order vouchers) and Purchase Requisitions Assist Purchasing Team in maintaining local vendor database (Accreditation, Evaluation Etc.) Assist Purchasing Team in creation and routing of Bids / Canvass sheet Assist in Sourcing new vendors / suppliers Communicates with end users for request clarifications Assist in local freight booking via Lalamove app Performs other official work-related duties as instructed by PLW Lead / Officer / PLW Manager
