- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks (Online and Desktop)
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist in personal and corporate U.S. tax preparation
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Collaborate with CPAs and respond to client inquiries
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records
- At least 1 year of bookkeeping experience in a CPA firm (required)
- Minimum 1 year of U.S. tax preparation experience (required)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Lacerte
- Strong attention to detail and time management
