Responsibilities Collect and analyze compensation and benefits data from various sources (e.g., surveys, reports, industry publications) to assess current market trends. Assist in benchmarking compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and competitors. Support the Compensation and Benefits Specialist by compiling data and creating reports to assist in decision-making related to employee compensation, benefits, and general HR policies. Work closely with team members to support broader People and Culture initiatives and research efforts. Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to understand business needs and adjust research focus as necessary. Stay up to date with industry trends in HR and compensation practices. Participate in learning and development opportunities to expand knowledge in the field of Total Rewards and HR analytics. Qualifications and Requirements Strong enthusiasm for learning about HR data, analytics, and market trends, with an eagerness to grow within the field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and comfortable with data analysis tools. Meticulous in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data, ensuring accuracy in reporting. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data and apply insights to real-world situations. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to tasks. Clear and coherent in both written and verbal communication skills to present data clearly to different audiences. Willingness to quickly learn new tools, concepts, and processes, particularly in the areas of compensation and benefits.
