Workforce Scheduler, Customer Service & SupportAbout the RoleIn this opportunity as Scheduling Expert, you will:
  • Filling shifts and writing schedules based on staffing requirements
  • Performs timekeeping activities for the group or department and monitor attendance of staff to track compliance.
  • Schedules other employee activities that are off-the-phone activities.
  • Forecasts and creates work schedules for staff.
  • Conducts research on workforce and customer service solutions.
  • May provide support to other areas of customer services operation.
About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Workforce Scheduler if your background includes:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related course
  • At least 2-3 years Scheduler experience
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI and MS Powerpoint
  • Experience with Alvaria (Aspect ewfm) or Genesys WEM tools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (graveyard/shifting schedule)
  • Willing to be assigned in Taguig City (hybrid set up)
