Workforce Scheduler, Customer Service & SupportAbout the RoleIn this opportunity as Scheduling Expert, you will:

Filling shifts and writing schedules based on staffing requirements
Performs timekeeping activities for the group or department and monitor attendance of staff to track compliance.
Schedules other employee activities that are off-the-phone activities.
Forecasts and creates work schedules for staff.
Conducts research on workforce and customer service solutions.
May provide support to other areas of customer services operation.

About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Workforce Scheduler if your background includes:

Bachelor’s degree in any related course
At least 2-3 years Scheduler experience
Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI and MS Powerpoint
Experience with Alvaria (Aspect ewfm) or Genesys WEM tools
Ability to work a flexible schedule (graveyard/shifting schedule)
Willing to be assigned in Taguig City (hybrid set up)
