- Filling shifts and writing schedules based on staffing requirements
- Performs timekeeping activities for the group or department and monitor attendance of staff to track compliance.
- Schedules other employee activities that are off-the-phone activities.
- Forecasts and creates work schedules for staff.
- Conducts research on workforce and customer service solutions.
- May provide support to other areas of customer services operation.
- Bachelor’s degree in any related course
- At least 2-3 years Scheduler experience
- Proficient in MS Excel (advanced), Power BI and MS Powerpoint
- Experience with Alvaria (Aspect ewfm) or Genesys WEM tools
- Ability to work a flexible schedule (graveyard/shifting schedule)
- Willing to be assigned in Taguig City (hybrid set up)
