Client Partners are responsible for fully diagnosing clients’ needs and determining whether FranklinCovey solutions can meet those needs. They work directly with clients to understand their goals and offer jobs-to-be-done to help them succeed.Responsibilities:
  • Generate high-quality leads and handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and create an accurate sales forecast
  • Prepare effective business proposals and drive opportunities to closure
  • Develop good, long-term customer relationships on existing accounts as well as prospecting clients
  • Diagnose and assess client needs. Prescribe, design, and implement strategic interventions using the full range of existing or custom Franklin Covey content including its subscription service
  • Ensure an updated CRM (Salesforce) database
