Requirements Qualifications Proven work experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role in a US-based B2B service-oriented company. A track record of driving measurable results and contributing to substantial company growth. Ability to show results in a 90-day probation period. Strong team management skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals. Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and techniques, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and analytics platforms. Demonstrated longevity in previous roles and successful collaborations with various organizations, with a track record of driving growth through exceptional service. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in delivering engaging presentations and reports to executive-level management. Certifications in digital marketing (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
