This is a remote position. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee and manage demand generation campaigns, with a strong focus on digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be experienced in analyzing data and will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to the company's website and optimizing performance through a variety of digital marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to drive customer acquisition. Analyze Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns. Collaborate with the sales team and other relevant teams to develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions. Identify key areas that need third-party assistance. Oversee multi-channel paid media efforts, with an emphasis on Google Ads and Meta, and ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI. Ensure a balanced approach between traditional marketing tactics and the company's increased focus on digital and online strategies. Manage the execution of marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. Closely work and mentor all marketing team members. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in lead generation and digital marketing. Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Experience with B2B marketing, especially in the context of customer acquisition is a plus. Familiarity with email marketing tools and strategies. Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
