Their commitment to excellence ensures a seamless and professional experience for all clients and partners.About the Role: We are hiring a Customer Service Coordinator to support our property management operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in property management or leasing is not required. What matters most is being coachable, eager to grow, and ready to develop a career in the property management industry.Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, text, and email
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist with scheduling property showings and coordinating with on-site managers
Update calendars and maintain accurate records of communications and activities
  • Follow up with prospective tenants and provide updates to property owners
  • Ensure that all questions and requests are handled quickly and clearly
  • Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus)
  • Strong background in customer service with proven client-facing experience
  • Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn property management and leasing processes
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask effectively
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and cloud-based tools
  • Motivated to grow with the company and build a long term career in property management
