- Act as the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and vendors via phone, text, and email
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Update calendars and maintain accurate records of communications and activities
- Follow up with prospective tenants and provide updates to property owners
- Ensure that all questions and requests are handled quickly and clearly
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a bonus)
- Strong background in customer service with proven client-facing experience
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn property management and leasing processes
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Tech savvy and comfortable using CRMs, calendars, and cloud-based tools
- Motivated to grow with the company and build a long term career in property management
