Engagement: Permanent | Direct Hire Salary : up to 30,000 Work Setup : Onsite Shift Schedule : Day Shift Location : Quezon City The role This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who has a strong background sourcing and hiring technical and skilled professionals within construction or manufacturing environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality talent by managing end-to-end recruitment processes and partnering closely with client stakeholders to meet hiring targets efficiently. Your Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across construction or manufacturing functions Collaborate directly with client hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract skilled trades, engineers, site personnel, and corporate professionals Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks, and other sourcing channels Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist qualified candidates for client interviews Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients Build and maintain a strong pipeline of industry-specific talent Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to internal leadership and client stakeholders Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process Meet agreed timelines and hiring KPIs What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Proven experience recruiting for the construction industry (highly preferred) or manufacturing industry Experience hiring for technical roles such as engineers, project managers, supervisors, and skilled trades Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate outreach via LinkedIn Ability to manage multiple requisitions and client expectations simultaneously Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven Ready to take the next step in your career Submit your application now!
