Responsible for the planning and inventory control of raw and packaging materials needed for the production of assigned categories, ensuring their availability at manufacturing and source plants. This function also ensures that safety stock levels are maintained per material, based on inventory policies, thereby securing that production requirements are fully covered and risks of material write-offs are avoided. This function also coordinates with internal and external cross-functional teams to ultimately ensure sufficient materials supply.
