Their mission is to offer nutrient-rich, naturally sweet beverage alternatives that support soil health and honor farmers who prioritize biodiversity and sustainable farming. Each product—from vibrant cherry-plum sodas to Cabernet Sauvignon grape syrups—celebrates real fruit, real roots, and real impact in every sip.About the Role
A visionary entrepreneur is launching Sapa, a premium sweetener derived from ancient Roman traditions. Made by reducing wine grapes into a nutrient-rich syrup, Sapa is a versatile, healthy alternative to conventional sweeteners. With national expansion planned this year and international growth on the horizon, we're looking for a highly experienced Virtual Marketing Assistant to lead brand development, educational content creation, and global marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling content that highlights Sapa's ancient history, health benefits, and culinary versatility
  • Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Reddit), blog, and website engagement
  • Design and execute high-level marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and brand resonance
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to refine marketing strategies
  • Build and maintain community engagement across platforms
  • Collaborate using AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google Workspace
  • Contribute to business development strategies, including global market entry
  • Delegate tasks and lead future marketing team expansion as needed
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in creative marketing, brand building, and business development
  • Strong content strategy and storytelling capabilities
  • Proven track record in social media management and paid ad campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills and experience with analytics tools
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and deeply curious about cultural and historical products
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage timelines across global initiatives
