As the GTM Program Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies for our company's products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches, including market analysis, target audience identification, messaging, and positioning.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution of go-to-market strategies.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for go-to-market initiatives.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of go-to-market strategies and make recommendations for improvement.- Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to support go-to-market initiatives.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in go-to-market strategies.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, product management, or related field.- Strong project management skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.- Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Knowledge of market research and analysis techniques.- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
