- Develop and execute a portfolio of renewable energy projects in the Philippines with the support from the regional team in Vietnam.
- Provide strategic direction in achieving goals and targets in revenue, client relationship and operating expenses.
- Facilitate programs and activities relating to Client acquisition and retention.
- Plan, organize and lead new and existing initiatives within the areas of renewable energies in the Philippines.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee project teams and external contractors to ensure successful
- project execution.
- Provide adequate and prompt response to client queries and concerns through internal and external communication and coordination.
- Guarantee that Service Level Agreements (SLA's) with clients and
- stakeholders are met satisfactory through diligent and efficient Project Management.
- Build and supervise a team of renewable energy professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set goals, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Stay actively engaged in the renewable energy industry by participating in conferences, workshops, and forums.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies, market trends, and best practices to drive innovation and stay competitive.
- Bachelor’s degree in renewable energy, engineering, environmental science, or a related field (master's degree preferred) from the Philippines and preferable from other ASEAN countries.
- Must have experience, and proven track record, in Sales and Client relations.
- Must have at least ten (10) years of extensive experience in the Energy sector including 7 years in Renewable Energy engineering, project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring knowledge of renewable energy technologies, such as solar or wind.
- Familiar with relevant regulations, policies, and standards governing renewable energy in the Philippines.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and a variety of projects as may be required by the client and other stakeholders.
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication in English and Tagalog with good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
