- Lead training on AI-enabled systems and tools, providing clear and practical guidance on their effective use. Join initial client training sessions to learn about their processes.
- Conduct training sessions for all incoming new businesses during the implementation phase.
- Train client teams on an ongoing basis as needed for expansion, process updates, or team transitions.
- Develop and execute structured training plans tailored to client needs and internal processes.
- Assess training effectiveness through post-training evaluations and feedback collection.
- Develop training materials, including job aids, user guides, and facilitator materials, tailored to client-specific workflows.
- Utilize various learning methodologies and tools to deliver engaging and effective training sessions.
- Standardize training documentation and knowledge transfer processes to ensure consistency across client engagements.
- Assist in creating and analyzing training performance data.
- Identify learning gaps and opportunities for improvement within the implementation and training processes.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure training aligns with operational goals and addresses critical learning gaps.
- Collaborate with internal teams to help trainees become more efficient and innovative by training them on new AI-enabled platforms..
- Support in reviewing and refining training curricula based on feedback and evolving client needs
- Provide hands-on support to client and internal teams during and post-implementation, ensuring smooth transitions for new workstreams, coverage changes, or internal restructuring.
- Ensure training content is effectively delivered and adapted to evolving needs.
- Act as a knowledge resource for troubleshooting and process clarification.
- Ensure a seamless transition from training to full operational functionality.
- Collect and analyze training effectiveness data to measure impact and inform future training improvements.

- Training skills: You will need to be able to speak in a friendly way to deliver accurate and clear content, listening to people’s needs and helping communicate options for them
- Proficiency with learning management systems and other relevant e-learning tools
- A foundational understanding of AI and their application in business operations.
- Experience with AI enabled platforms (e.g. CRMs, data analysis tools) and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- A flexible curious mindset, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and integrate them into existing workflows.
