The General Virtual Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to enhance productivity and efficiency for the client's organization. The role involves a wide range of tasks, requiring exceptional communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities: * Respond to emails and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings
  • Book travel and accommodations
  • Manage a contact list
  • Prepare customer spreadsheets and keep online records
  • Organize client's calendars
  • Perform market research
  • Create presentations, as assigned
  • Address employees administrative queries
  • Provide customer service as the first point of contact
  • Enter data into a system
Requirements * Willingness to do voice tasks
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, BPO employee, or a relevant corporate role
  • Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office)
  • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
  • Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Results & detail oriented, high achiever, organized, and systematic.
  • Basic to advanced command of computers, various software programsand navigating the Internet.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to work in the overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Willingness to be an independent contractor.
  • Possesses a computer with the following minimum technical specifications:
  • PROCESSOR
  • Intel i3, i5, or i7 8th Gen or higher
  • AMD Ryzen 3 or higher
  • Apple M1 and higher
  • RAM: 8 GB or higher
  • OS
  • Windows 10 or newer
  • MacOS Catalina or newer
  • INTERNET: at least 50 Mbps wired connection
  • Headset with Noise Cancelling Features
