Job OverviewKDCI Outsourcing is hiring a Network Systems Engineer with a specialized focus on Cisco Viptela SD-WAN to support our U.S. based client. This role is ideal for candidates with deep expertise in SD-WAN deployments, enterprise routing protocols, security policy implementation, and cloud network integration. You will collaborate closely with network architects and client stakeholders to ensure secure and efficient connectivity across distributed environments.Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain Cisco Viptela SD-WAN (vManage, vBond, vSmart) solutionsMonitor SD-WAN environments and proactively resolve inter-site and cloud connectivity issuesImplement routing, security policies, QoS, and network segmentation across enterprise networksAnalyze logs and performance metrics to identify network trends, potential issues, and optimization opportunitiesIntegrate SD-WAN solutions with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and with legacy MPLS networksCollaborate with engineering teams, account managers, and client stakeholders to ensure project delivery and technical alignmentMaintain comprehensive documentation and assist in refining deployment and support processesJob RequirementsMinimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in network engineering, preferably in managed services or client-facing rolesDemonstrated expertise in Cisco SD-WAN (Viptela), including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshootingStrong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VPN/IPSec, NAT, QoS, and network segmentationFamiliarity with network monitoring and diagnostic toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present complex technical topics clearlyAbility to work independently in a remote or hybrid setup, with clear escalation and reporting practices
