Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)What are we looking for?We are seeking an experienced Network Security Engineer to support and enhance a global network infrastructure. This role focuses on managing and optimizing secure connectivity through technologies such as Cisco Meraki and Netskope SASE. You will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network security systems, and collaborating with global IT teams to ensure secure and seamless operationsSkills Required:

Proven experience with Netskope or any SASE platform such as Zscaler, Cloudflare, or Cato
Troubleshooting experience with FWaaS, SWG, and ZTNA
Experience with SD-WAN solutions - design, deployment, and management
Proficiency with monitoring and management tools such as Netskope Dashboard, Meraki Dashboard, Splunk, and ServiceNow
In-depth understanding of network protocols and technologies including DNS, DHCP, IPSec VPN, and QoS Traffic Shaping
Hands-on experience with firewall and security technologies including Meraki firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, and VPN.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a global team
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Nice to Have:

Experience with full-stack Cisco Meraki platform (MX Firewalls, MS switches, MR access points)
Familiarity with NAC/RADIUS solutions such as Microsoft NPS, CISCO ISE, or PortNox
Experience with SNORT IDS/IPS
Relevant certifications such ash NSK100, NSK200, NSK300, ECMS, CCNS, or CCNP
Exposure to REST API, Python, VSCode, or GitHub Copilot

Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot network security tools and technologies across a global enterprise environment
Optimize and secure connectivity through SD-WAN and SASE Platforms
Collaborate with global IT and cybersecurity teams to enforce consistent network security policies
Maintain and enhance firewall, NAC, VPN, and traffic management configurations
Use dashboards (Meraki, Netskope, Splunk) for performance monitoring and incident response
Contribute to documentation, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
