- Lead and manage the daily administrative requirements of a commercial cleaning company
- Provide responsive, professional and exceptional service to customers, internal teams and vendors. We expect no more than 30-minute response times during working business hours
- Lead the customer, employee and vendor onboarding process (execution of agreements, obtaining proper certificates of insurance, etc.)
- Maintain key internal documents on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Oversee customer billing and employee and subcontractor payroll records
- Update monthly internal reporting documents and analysis in Microsoft Excel
- Collaborate with and directly support the two owners of the Company, including calendar management
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff members, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of HR practices, procedures, and employment laws is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field is preferred but not required.
