JOB DESCRIPTION Graduate of BS Architecture, Licensed With at least 2 years of related work experience With excellent communication and client management skills With pleasing and dynamic personality Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other computer applications . Willing to be assigned in Pasay City Newly Licensed Architects are highly encouraged to apply REQUIREMENTS Assigned to handle at least one (1) to two (2) project Provides support and helps oversee monitoring of different projects and designs Provides complete and up-to-date report about the status of the project Continuously coordinates with consultants regarding deadlines and submission of project requirements Attends and facilitates meetings with clients and consultants Coordinates with Architect 2 or 3 on all updates, concerns and problems of projects Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency Efficiently uses AutoCAD for designs, details and revisions.
