PROJECT IN CHARGE ARCHITECT - PASAY

• Assigned to handle at least one (1) to two (2) project.
• Provides support and helps oversee monitoring of different projects and designs.
• Provides complete and up-to-date report about the status of the project.
• Continuously coordinates with consultants regarding deadlines and submission of project requirements.
• Attends and facilitates meetings with clients and consultants.
• Coordinates with Architect 2 or 3 on all updates, concerns and problems of projects.
• Handles the concerns, problems and issues of the projects based on prioritization and urgency.
• Efficiently uses AutoCAD for designs, details and revisions.
• Prepares and submits reports about the status, pending issues and deadlines of the projects to the Architect 2 or 3.
• Produces sections and details to demonstrate practical installations.

• Graduate of BS Architecture technology or BS Architecture
• With at least 2 years of related work experience
• With excellent communication and client management skills
• With pleasing and dynamic personality
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other computer applications
• Willing to work in Pasay City (head office)
• Newly Licensed Architects are highly encouraged to apply
• Can start ASAP
