Position Overview The Business Development Virtual Assistant will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our property management portfolio. This position focuses on contacting property owners, building relationships, and providing high-quality administrative and sales support to the Business Development Team. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, fluent in both English and Mandarin, and comfortable engaging with property owners via phone, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Outreach Contact property owners via phone, email, and messaging platforms to introduce our property management services. Qualify leads and gather key property information. Maintain a database of prospects, updating contact details and communication history. 2. Relationship Building & Follow-Up Build rapport with potential clients and address inquiries professionally in English and Mandarin. Schedule appointments or property assessments for the Business Development Team. Send follow-up communications to keep prospects engaged. 3. Administrative Support Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and service agreements. Maintain accurate and organized records of leads, calls, and follow-ups. Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. 4. Reporting & Coordination Provide regular updates and reports on lead status, outreach activities, and conversion rates. Support the Business Development Manager with market research, competitor analysis, and property data. Qualifications & Skills Essential Proven experience in sales support, lead generation, or virtual assistance (real estate/property management experience preferred). Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in direct conversations with property owners. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Preferred Familiarity with property management operations. Experience with real estate software platforms. Background in customer service or telesales. Performance Indicators Number of qualified leads generated per month. Appointment conversion rate. Accuracy of data entry and reporting.
