Description: Recording & posting of Purchase Order and Receiving Report Recording & posting of Sales Order. Delivery Receipts & Sales Invoice Ensures that all Sales Book are tally with Sales Report submitted Prepare Monthly Report on Purchases and Issuances Monthly Review of Cost of Sales Preparation of adjusting entries if need Perform other task assigned Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy/Accounting Technology or equivalent With at least 2 years work experience on similar field With good communication skills and ability to work well with people Familiar with general accounting Proficient in MS application (excel, word, etc) With - in depth experience in all facet of accounting such as AR, AP, Cost and on various Financial Statements An experience in doing inventory cycles is an advantage WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday ( 8am - 5pm) Please send your resume at [HIDDEN TEXT] and cc: [HIDDEN TEXT] NOTE: All positions are for DIRECT HIRE and not under agency Requirements: Skills: (Not indicated)
