
Sales Coordinator / Project Manager

- Maintain and organize the CRM (Front, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.) with accurate tags, statuses, notes, and follow-ups
- Route inbound leads and form submissions to the appropriate workflows or team members
- Support execution of outbound campaigns across email, social, B2B platforms, and direct outreach
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Lavender, Instantly, etc.) to generate outreach templates, personalization, and follow-up sequences
- Track pipeline health and performance, and surface insights weekly
- Assist in onboarding and communication with B2B partners, affiliates, and store/channel partners
- Coordinate delivery of promotional materials (flyers, QR codes, pitch decks, referral links, etc.) and track engagement
- Maintain spreadsheets and trackers of all signed partners and referral codes
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, materials, and campaign launches across partner channels
- Assist with partner agreements, renewals, and engagement programs to drive activity and retention
- Create, update, and maintain internal sales documentation — playbooks, SOPs, objection handling, talk tracks
- QA email templates, outreach sequences, onboarding materials, and partner-facing documents for consistency and accuracy
- Design and maintain shared folders or hubs with up-to-date promotional and pitch content
- Use AI tools and document automation tools to scale documentation and speed up internal processes
- Act as the project manager across outreach campaigns, partner onboarding rollouts, affiliate program launches, and lead sourcing efforts
- Coordinate tasks between sales, marketing, and ops teams in ClickUp or Airtable
- Monitor execution timelines and ensure handoffs and deliverables are completed on time
- Continuously improve campaign processes and identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, partnerships, project management, or go-to-market enablement
- Proficient with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Front, Airtable) and marketing/sales automation tools
- Familiarity with partner/affiliate programs and supporting B2B relationships
- Strong documentation and QA skills across outreach, onboarding, and enablement content
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, content generation, and task automation
- Bonus: Startup, logistics, or marketplace experience
