
Marketing Coordinator (Catalogue Producer)

- Accountable for the delivery of individual catalogues against key deadlines and budget requirements according to the catalogue plan as defined by the business.
- Own each catalogue’s production schedule and coordinate all inputs and delivery requirements in order to meet publishing deadlines.
- Ensure all inputs and outputs are delivered in accordance with catalogue production rulebook and agreed processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, commercial, digital, legal and external partners to ensure all inputs and approvals are provided in a timely manner to support overall delivery deadlines.
- Lead content delivery process, identifying best source of photography to meet business requirements in the most cost effective manner (eg vendor imagery vs eCom assets vs new shoot)
- Oversee the proofreading and quality control processes to ensure the accuracy of all catalogue materials, including product descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Maintain awareness of current design best practice, industry trends and catalogue performance metrics to guide stakeholders on maximising catalogue ROI
- Support rollout of new catalogue content features from time to time
- Build catalogue content in BIG W CMS (AEM)
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Experience Manager is required.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Workfront is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in managing multiple projects with tight timeframes
- Experience in large scale digital content production a benefit

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
