Job Summary: As an IT Desktop Support Intern, you are to provide day-to-day PC/LAN technical support for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems (software and hardware) of the company. Responsibilities: Help monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Support new users with account setup, password issues, and basic computer orientation. Assist in troubleshooting computer and network problems. Contribute to the maintenance and updating of computer systems. Help diagnose computer hardware, software, and network issues. Assist with routine work deliverables and requests. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. Provide regular updates to the IT team. Participate in Project of Process Improvement. Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or a related field. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). A willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good English communication skills , both written and verbal Must have (OJT): Memorandum of Agreement to be signed by both parties Minimum of 400 OJT hours In-Office Must be willing to work in Makati City, 8 AM - 5 PM Manila time Monday to Friday, with minimal coverage during holidays and weekends.
