Trusted by over 3,500 merchants in 70 countries, Bloggle makes it easy for online stores to create, customize, and optimize blog content for SEO, engagement, and conversions. Backed by a fully remote team of 11 across France, Portugal, Romania, Indonesia, and Mexico, the company is now hiring its first team member from the Philippines. Schedule : Full-time position of 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, ET (9 pm to 6 am MNL). What You'll Do: Product Adoption: Proactively inform new and existing users about feature updates, product improvements, and plan changes to ensure they are aware of the latest offerings. Gather user feedback on product needs, and turn these insights into actionable recommendations for the product and marketing teams. Encourage Bloggle users to book sales calls for Blym, a new AI-powered writing assistant tool. Client Re-Engagement & Retention: Identify and reach out to active users on outdated plans, highlighting new features and upcoming add-ons to encourage upgrades. Develop and execute processes for re-engaging users at risk of churning or leaving without subscribing. Client Communication: Review, audit, and update all user-facing documentation, including help articles, FAQs, tutorial videos, and website content, to ensure accuracy, clarity, and an up-to-date help center. Audit and update transactional emails and other user communications to strengthen communication and user engagement. What You Will Need: 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in a merchant-facing account management role. Proven ability to autonomously manage and improve customer experience and support. Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and content creation best practices. Previous experience with Shopify and basic technical knowledge of HTML/CSS are a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Crisp, Notion, Loom, Google Sheets, Mixpanel. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Client-focused with a consultative approach to support and relationship building. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive teamwork across departments. Professionalism and autonomy with exceptional attention to detail and a strong display of empathy. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
