- Communicate with clients via chat and email
- Answer support questions and help clients succeed with their quarterly goals
- Track client accounts and flag important signals to the product team
- Proactively share product updates and introduce new features
- Schedule calls with clients when requested
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience
- Strong written and spoken English
- Experience in customer success, account management, or support roles
- Ability to communicate clearly, with empathy and professionalism
- Comfortable working remotely and managing communication across time zones
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up with clients
- Background in SaaS, startups, or digital marketing
- Experience with helpdesk tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Familiarity with US clients and business culture
Most of our clients are based in the US (across both East and West Coasts). We're looking for someone who can cover part of the US business day and overlap with our Pacific Time zone team.What We Offer
