Fortune Global 500 UPS / : Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive to drive new customer acquisition and expand our B2B client base in North Luzon. This role is focused on identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities, while building long-term relationships that contribute to sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Proactively search for and develop new B2B clients to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Initiate contact via phone, email, or in-person visits to qualify leads and schedule appointments Understand customer needs and present tailored logistics solutions Prepare and deliver competitive proposals and bids Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions Provide market feedback and insights to support strategic sales planning Demonstrate flexibility in area coverage and adapt to changing business priorities Qualifications Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (required) Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to build relationships and close deals Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Willingness to travel within assigned territory Valid driver's license and ability to drive Availability to work flexible hours, up to 5 days per week (Mon to Fri on the Field) Must be based on Pampanga, Bulacan or Tarlac : UPS Show more Show less
