- Identify and engage potential clients who may benefit from XScribe’s ERP, HRMS, and software services.
- Conduct sales meetings and presentations to introduce XScribe solutions.
- Understand client business processes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
- Negotiate proposals and agreements with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure long-term engagement.
- Build relationships with sales professionals and business partners from other companies to identify collaboration opportunities.
- Work closely with the implementation team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Has strong sales and negotiation skills
- Is comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers
- Enjoys building relationships and expanding professional networks
- Has strong account management and client relationship skills
- Is proactive and motivated to achieve sales targets
