- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions
- Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposals, negotiation, and closing
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and upselling
- Develop expertise in NetSuite modules, including finance, inventory, CRM, and operations
- Translate client requirements into customized ERP solutions and value propositions
- Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility
- Provide consultative recommendations to improve operational efficiency through ERP adoption
- Stay updated on ERP trends, SaaS technologies, and digital transformation strategies
- Analyze competitor ERP platforms and market positioning
- Identify opportunities across industries such as real estate, financial institutions, and hospitality
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
- Develop strategic sales plans for different industries and client segments
- Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and solution presentations
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and ERP forums
- Build relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and business leaders
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and solution delivery
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation handoff
- Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support long-term account growth and retention

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to understand business processes such as finance, inventory, and operations
- Interest in ERP systems, cloud solutions, and digital transformation
- Results-driven and able to thrive in a sales-oriented environment
- Problem-solving and client management skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficient in Business English
- Willing to do fieldwork and be assigned within or outside Metro Manila
- Based in Quezon City or willing to work there
- Willing to travel as needed
