Other Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, Analytics, Business, or equivalent Proficiency with software version upgrades and analysis of data Proficiency in InfoVerse is desired Excellent English communications skills Willing to work 24/7 rotation in Taguig City Job Details Project-based (3 months initial contract) Location: Bonifacio One Stopover, 31st cor. 2nd Ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City Full on-site 24/7 shifting schedule (night, morning, holidays, weekends) Responsibilities Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: User and Security Management: o Administer user accounts, permissions, and access to Crystal Reports. o Ensure data security by controlling who can view, modify, or create reports. o Set up authentication methods (such as Windows AD or database authentication) for users. Report Development and Deployment: o Collaborate with business analysts and report developers to gather requirements. o Create and deploy Crystal Reports based on user needs. o Optimize report performance by fine-tuning SQL queries and indexes. o Schedule and automate report generation and distribution. Server Maintenance and Monitoring: o Install, configure, and maintain the Crystal Reports Server. o Monitor server health, resource usage, and performance. o Troubleshoot server issues and ensure high availability. Backup and Recovery: o Regularly back up Crystal Reports content (reports, schedules, and settings). o Implement disaster recovery procedures to restore data in case of server failure. Training and Support: o Train end-users on report creation, scheduling, and viewing.
