Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Remote (Full-Time)

We are looking for a proactive and driven SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our remote team and help fuel our growth.Role Overview:
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads. You'll work closely with our CEO and sales team to open conversations with decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, CFOs, Compliance Directors) and secure appointments for demos.
This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to learn quickly about cybersecurity, compliance, and IT services.Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify target accounts using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.
Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and phone (cold calling).
Qualify prospects based on company size, role, and fit.
Set up and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Track activity and performance in CRM (HubSpot / GoHighLevel / Salesforce).
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach sequences.
Achieve weekly/monthly KPIs for outreach and meetings booked.Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B outreach.
Strong written and spoken English (must be comfortable communicating with U.S. executives).
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dripify, Apollo, or other outreach tools is a plus.
Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, compliance, or IT services is a big advantage.
Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
Can work U.S. business hours (EST/PST overlap required).What We Offer:
