Rate: $700 USD/month plus commissionTasks required:Cold call prospects to sell the products and services of the clientProvide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefitsAsk pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirementsPersuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how the merchandise or services meet their needsUpsells customers to larger products, more extensive packages, or higher-priced servicesKeep a detailed record of call logs and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's databaseMust have the ability to create responses aligned with the company’s messaging and drive the conversation to an appointmentGenerate and source leads through LinkedIn and other channelsContact new leads, referrals, etc., using different channels of communication (email, chat, calls)Follow up and/or confirm appointments using different communication channels (email, chat, calls)Knows how to do lead prospecting and follow the company’s buyer personaTrack prospects, timelines, hot buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately and consistently into the company's CRMMust have the ability to create responses aligned with the company’s messaging and drive the conversation to an appointmentOther ad hoc tasks that would be assignedRequirements:Proven work experience as a Cold Caller/Telemarketer or relevant role is requiredWorking knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systemsMust have experience creating email content and email outreachKnows how to source out leads for the industryAbility to call, connect, and interact with potential customersKnows how to craft responses and have meaningful conversationsExperience with B2BVery particular about the process of sourcing out leads and what tools to useClear and concise communicator with effective verbal and written communication skillsWilling to create visit plans, conduct customer visits, participate in exhibitions, and be stationed in Singapore periodicallySelf-disciplined and organized; able to consistently hit daily and monthly targets with limited supervision$700 USD/month + commission
