Key Responsibilities:Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.Provide strategic direction for critical business decisions.Initiate and lead standardization, improvement, re-engineering, and cost-effectiveness initiatives.Identify and implement revenue generation opportunities.Operate in diverse and challenging environments, offering consultation and defining business requirements.Lead change management efforts, share best practices, and build a diverse talent pool.Deliver high-quality standards across processes and projects.Ensure adherence to controls and compliance in line with company policies and norms.Demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, ambiguity management, multi-tasking ability, results orientation, and effective collaboration and relationship-building skills.Education:At least 2 years in college (preferred but not required).Work Experience:Minimum of 2 years in the travel industry in the same or similar position.Hands-on experience with GDS non-negotiable.Experience with one or more preferred systems: Apollo, Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
