- Design and execute end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty stages.
- Develop segmentation strategies to personalize messaging by user behavior, cohort, and intent.
- Own campaign operations: content briefing, deployment, QA, and scheduling.
- Monitor key lifecycle metrics (open rates, conversions, churn, LTV) and iterate based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, CX, and design to ensure consistent brand voice and timely messaging.
- Build journey automations and optimize flows using marketing automation tools.
- Analyze customer journey data to surface new opportunities for engagement and revenue lift.
- 2+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing.
- Proven experience with tools like Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
- Strong copywriting instincts and attention to customer behavior.
- Comfort with data—basic knowledge of funnel metrics and campaign analytics.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with B2C or marketplace startups a plus.
